Having to pay $20.62 in sales tax, plus the 2 hour and 16 minute round trip drive to/from the microcenter store ($16 in gas) kind of kills the $50 in savings on the motherboard for me. Hmm, is the $286.60 price including gas better than the $301 to have it shipped from newegg. Hmm, is two hours of my time driving worth a $14 savings. Nah, never mind.

Thanks SRC! Beyond that, the MB was $20 cheaper at MC than NewEgg even before the $50 dollar rebate, and the processor is $10 cheaper. In all this combo saves me $80 for the same components I was going to get anyway!

Well the 1090T had the same rebate, and Bing on top...I thought that was a hot price too.

i actually bought both. dont know which to keep, but it doesnt seem the extra $88 is worth it for the 1090t other than you can toy with the unlocked multiplier.
