insane head room on a geforce2

wats up i got my geforce 2 200mx (175 core 167 ram) up to a crazy 225 core 188 ram a 50 mhz oc. yes i know the card is from two years ago but i woulnt have a job entill this summer.

My gainward golden sample geforce 2 pro got some insane ocing...Never 50mhz in core but usually they coupled their cards with higher end memory so that is where I got my ocing....My final oc was 50mhz higher then stock but they didn't sell it at stock specs...

One thing I noticed is a usually got a bigger gain in performance from high memory speeds then gpu core speed...

My MSI GF2 Pro I got rid of gave artifacts at stock core speed.. Had to replace the cooling for it to run right.. So I dont buy MSI. hahah

i dont even bother overclocking this gf4mx440. im afraird it will explode.

Post the rest of your specs and run a UT2k3 test.. I'd like to see the #'s.

It's a great way to get a little extra mileage out of your card. My Ti4200 might feel a little sluggish if I didn't overclock it to 305/625 (from 250/512).

Why, I have 2 of them (a 64 and 128) and have both of them cranked up using Coolbits.
