Insane Clown Posse.

Ok, discuss one of the weirdest bands ever.

I really don't like rap, but I actually think these guys are more talented than most rappers... some of thier lyrics are freaking disturbing, though.

Very weird, sometimes funny.

Juggalos + Joker Cards + Inner City Posse history = SuX0rZ

EDIT: Oops...forgot to mention the whole "we're just Christian crusaders deep down inside" spin they tried too

yea they are pure crap

I drove by the arena in Peoria, IL the day they were performing there...I never saw a bigger bunch of freaks walking around in my life.

Talented? Hardly. They're shock-rock type rappers, ala Manson style. Without it, no one would care about them.

I'll agree with the shock rock thing, but I really do think they sound better than most other rap I hear. Not that I really lsiten to rap, or ICP for that matter...

bah. icp sucks. that last album and the final message was a joke. i almost fell outta my chair from laughter.

I like them. But I like their stuff better under the "Psychopathic Rydas". It's more mainstream rap, but still has a little bit of ICP style in there. The guy Lil' Poot is the funniest he raps with a lisp.

Best ICP song has to be:

Fuk on the first date

and Rock the Dead
as a close second

Hello. Now you can't say that.

Anyway, I've been a juggalo for about 5 years now. I also listen to several of the others on their record label(Psychopathic Records) such as the newer ABK(Gang Related, Hollowpoint, Ghetto Neighbor... All good tracks. 🙂) and a few others they have worked with (IE, Kottonmouth Kings) for quite some time, as well.

They are talented, they have an amazing ability to put on a incredible show, and have a huge underground fan base unrivaled by most other bands. If you actually LISTEN to their lyrics and read what they're saying, seeing past the blood and gore and humor they throw into it, they put out a positive message in much of their work (See: Halls of Illusions, Terrible) that basically says that you'll pay for the evil things you do in this life in whatever comes next.

And for those who think the whole Carnival = God thing is bullsh!t... you couldn't see symbolism if it hit you upside the head attached to a 500lb prison inmate. Just look at a couple of their tracks like "Fly Away" on Forgotten Freshness #2, or "Nothing's Left" on Jeckel Brothers, and tell me they just made it up for the 6th. Hardly.

Clown luv.😀

Pass Me By on The Great Milenko also.

OK, that last one was Twiztid. 😛 And yes, Twiztid is also excellent. I'd almost say, actually, that they are more talented in some ways than ICP...but ICP has them beat because of their originality, humor, etc. that Twiztid didn't manage to come up with. Twiztid's beats and lyrics are not qutie as meaningful, but they have awesome sounds(We Don't Die, All I Ever Wanted, Fall Apart). 🙂

The only time I have seen them when I used to watch WWF (five years ago) and they were on there for a short period of time.

I really like and if you listen to some of their meaningful lyrics they are pretty good and send a good message. Some of their other songs are just funny.
