Can someone explain to me the great thing about sager laptops?

Right now I'm torn between buying an MSI GT60ONCR (what's the difference between ONC and ONCR anyway? I can't find any info)

and a Sager 9150.

At the moment I can get the MSI for ~1400 and an almost equivalent Sager for ~1460 (+4GB RAM but only 1 hard drive on the Sager).

However, I can buy the MSI locally but would have to order the Sager (live in Canada) so I would have to deal with the shipping every time something went wrong. So I'd prefer to go with the MSI unless there's something super special with Sagers...

How do they compare on noise, heat, reliability?

P.S. Also what's everyones opinion on product replacement options. I can pay 225/300/350$ to get the option to just get a 2/3/4 instant replacement anytime something went wrong with it.

Thanks a lot!

Basically Sager has the superior cooling system for one thing. The other thing is build quality. Sager has been doing this a lot longer and better than MSI has. MSI has been making great strides in last couple of years. They have improved their quality of build but I personally think Sager is still doing the quality better. Just my own opinion. However if you have a local dealer in your neighborhood that also can deal/fix problems, if they occur, this may be the ideal choice for you. I'm of the opinion that the 3rd party vendors give the superior customer service over the main manufacturer itself. That is why you see so many people buying from places like XoticPC, PCTorque, Gentech, etc., Far better customer service during and after the purchase.
