inquiries regarding Antec vsk2000-u3 case

Greetings,

I'm need to build a small machine based on this case: http://store.antec.com/value-solution/vsk2000-u3.html
I have two questions:
  1. I want to use the 5.25" bay for a 3.5" hdd, I've thought of getting this: http://agestar.com/en/Copmuter-Accessories/Tranform-stander/995-35-to-525-transform-stander.html and I wonder if it will work with the case's tool less latches.
  2. I've read that the case 92mm fan is loud and that it should be replaced with another fan, I think I'll replace it with this fan: https://noctua.at/en/products/product-line-redux/nf-b9-redux-1600-pwm and I wanted to know how easy is it to replace the fan on that case?
