Is this a good card for $179 and no rebate? It is $209 on NewEgg. I'd like a 2gb for a bit of future proofing, and currently I have a radeon 8350 (oldest part in my computer) that actually handles my needs just fine since I don't use high graphics... but I might enjoy bumping them up a bit. Input on this card/price please. It won't be in stock till Monday so I have till then to decide if this is the 1 and then order =)

Yes it is a good deal for 2GB VRAM... every where else you only see a 1GB version for around that price.

I am also waiting for it to come back in stock. Mainly for the mini-DisplayPorts and 2GB VRAM... the $15 rebate is still good till the end of the month making the card $164.99
If you are looking to go beyond 1920x1200 Resolutions for gaming, the 2GB is helpful...
