PLEASE when you POST threads asking for input on system builds tell us...

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.

Will only play Diablo 3 and Maybe world of draenor

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread

600$

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.

Ontario, Canada

4. IF you're buying parts OUTSIDE the US, please post a link to the vendor you'll be buying from.
We can't be expected to scour the internet on your behalf, chasing down deals in your specific country... Again, help us, help YOU.

http://www.canadacomputers.com/

5. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc.

I always had AMD I know it is the cheapest. But seems that Intel is now faster.

6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.

I intend to Use some parts of my current system
Case - Not sure the name was a generic case for Cooler master I think.
Hard Drive - Western Digital WD Green WD20EARS 2TB 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5 - As a storage drive, Would like a SSD for booting and main install of games.
Power Supply - Corsair CX600M
Video Card - Gigabyte HD7850 2gb GDDR5

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.

I would love to have the option! I used to OC back in my days I know what I am doing but will definitely Read on it if I get something I can OC with.

8. What resolution, not monitor size, will you be using?

Would love to be running at 1920x1080 but right now it says recommended by windows 1280x720 :(

9. WHEN do you plan to build it?
Note that it is usually not cost or time effective to choose your build more than a month before you actually plan to be using it.

In the next week or two

X. Do you need to purchase any software to go with the system, such as Windows or Blu Ray playback software?
NO

At the end of the day it's your money. There's only so much we can do.

Parts I need

CPU
Motherboard
RAM
SSD drive

Hope I gave enough Info.

These two statements are completely wrong and reflect a severe lack of understanding as to what parts of a computer are important contributors to performance.

An SSD is absolutely critical for games with explicit zoning like Diablo III and WoW. You'd be crazy to give up the massive performance improvements there.

A motherboard does not contribute to the performance of a PC, every board performs within a couple percent of each other. They do differ in features and overclocking capabilities, but Dominion has already picked out a board with a good featureset, decent overclocking capabilities (low-to-moderate voltage increases) and a good price.

Main memory speed also doesn't matter when you're using a discrete GPU because the majority of the work is being done by the memory on the GPU. You definitely do not need to spend a bunch of money on fancy high-speed memory.

As for store, why does everything need to come from Canada Computers? Do you plan to pick it up locally?

In D3 the Zoning doesn't bother me at all, if I will cut the time in half in Zoning it's not that big of a deal, What I want is smooth game play (No lag) I Rather save the money if it's just about zoning and not gaining any FPS.

I really like the reply of Dominion, I would rather have all parts from http://www.canadacomputers.com/ since I wish to pick up locally, I am 2 min away from the store.

So I would like to find similar part at http://www.canadacomputers.com/ and instead of the ssd ( not sure yet) maybe I will end up going for the ssd. Maybe get a better GPU? right now I will run the gigabyte HD 7850 2gb DDR5, I tough it was plenty for D3

Can anyone Build me something from http://www.canadacomputers.com/

I Kinda of changed my mind and will go with AMD Since I won't be doing any OC

CPU - AMD X6 FX-6300 (95W) Six-Core Socket AM3+, 3.5GHz Waste of money ? or good buy? This set up is temp for 2 years. just to cut some lag in Diablo 3

CPU cooling - I need advice if you can point one out from the site above thanks.

Ram - ADATA XPG V1 Series Black 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9 DIMMs (AX3U1600W4G9-DB)

Motherboard - ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 Socket AM3+ AMD970FX+SB950 What do you guy's think ?

Lag is determined by the quality of your Internet connection as well as other factors outside of your control such as server load.

Here's a build from CC:

i5 4670K $259
Hyper 212 EVO $36
ASRock Z87 Extreme3 $117 AR
ADATA DDR3 1600 8GB $80
Seagate 600 240GB $140
Total: $632 AR

CC will price match NCIX and DirectCanada if you order online, so that is probably your best bet.

You could leave off the SSD, but IMHO you're leaving a ton of performance on the table. The SSD is the only part that you can buy today that is 10 times faster than what you have now.

Well, if you're NOT going to overclock, then AMD isn't the greatest choice. AMD CPUs, at stock speeds, have poor single-threaded performance compared to Intel CPUs, and NEED to be overclocked somewhat to try to catch up.

Second, an FX-6300 has three modules, six "cores". It's good for games that are highly-multithreaded, like BF4.

But games like StarCraft and D3, being Blizzard games, benefit more from single-threaded performance. Which generally means getting a modern Intel CPU.

Programs don't use extra cores unless specifically coded to do so. With D3, it will use essentially 2 cores and extra cores are just there to run other processes.

Each single "core" is its own little calculator. Adding more cores is like adding more usable calculators. But things won't be calculated faster if the cores are not used.

For these games, an i3 would do better than the FX-6300. That is because each individual "core" in the i3 performs them faster.
