Input Devices Not working Help would be appreciated :)

I got the overstock case deal (didn't see this problem in the giant thread so posting here, hopefully I didn't miss it). Using a Athlon 850 mhz 200 mhz fsb chip. I installed everything (hd, cdrom, video card, chip/fan) and hooked up the mouse and keyboard. When I start up the computer it starts up fine but the mouse and keyboard don't get detected. I tried using ps/2 to usb adapters thinking the ps/2 ports were not working but it doesn't work like that either. I know the mouse and keyboard work since I use them on another computer. Any ideas?
