The woman who took the live video and the man's nephew are on the youtube channel. Nephew says this several times on youtube:

"My uncle is terminally ill and suffers from Huntington's disease. For those of you who don't know its similar to Parkinson's. He is unable to stop his body movements. He was crossing the street with his two children 2 years old and six months when the stroller got stuck and he couldn't get it on the curb so to save his two year old from being hit he pulled her out onto the side but someone mistook this for him being abusive or on drugs. So all of you making up lies about him killing someone you're ignorant and vain to the world of social media rumors. This is unjustified no matter the crime it doesn't take 4 to 5 officers to subdue a man terminally ill that is only 5'7" and 160 pounds. All of you need to rise up against this type of tragedy before it becomes as routine as a traffic stop."

The woman who taped this said that they just stayed on top of him like that for almost 30 minutes or more. He was bleeding at the head and mouth and blood was gurgling out of his mouth. He kept saying he couldn't breathe and had to spit out the blood pouring out of his mouth. They were trying to forcibly make him lie still which he is unable due to his disease.

She said they didn't bother to really talk to him it just immediately escalated to what you see on the video. It was that quick.

One officer harassed her and says she is obstructing justice for being in her yard many yards away filming. Then charges he with child endangerment as she had her friends kids with her. All this in an effort to stop her from filming.

This crap is a daily occurrence now with cops all over the country. Tell me again why the public should trust cops?

I'm sorry but police can do what ever they want.

We can't do anything about it. :(

Didn't take long for the threats and attempts at coercion to take place. Fucking slimy bastards. That woman is great! Although she provided more information than I'd have given she did the right thing. Cop Block these bastards!

A phone call to police sets off a motion of instant guilt in the eyes of today's AmeriKan Police State.

This video was so hard to watch.

Hopefully these jackboots get sued to oblivion and disbanded.

Condolences to the family, he most likely will not be around when they get the money but at least the kids may get a college education.
