Inno3d Geforce Pro 64MB fsb problems!

Maybe I'm being too much of a perfectionist, but my Geforce Pro won't run anything stable over 133MHz on 4x AGP. It has superb 2d, overclocks like gangbusters at 220/485, and scores 9800+ on 3DMark 2000, and plays all my games flawlessly. But it won't even run on a 134MHz fsb! My board goes to 143 stable, and my DDR is PC2400, so I feel like I can't take advantage of the memory potential. I have used different drivers, different motherboards, upgraded power supply, and tried a million bios adjustments, it just won't work, I have never had this problem with any other video card before, including a Geforce 2 GTS. Anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking I should sell it cheap and go for the Gainward Geforce Pro with 4.5ns memory, but I'm afraid the 2d won't be as awesome or maybe it won't overclock as well.
