Inno3d Geforce MX $99

They have it at Ocie.com, I found this on pricewatch but I wanted to throw it out here and see what you guys had to say about this place and all that. the card for 99 is an oem with a heatsink on it, not too bad I think. It goes up all the way to around 140 for heatsink/fan and twinview. I don't know about shipping, pricewatch says something about 4.95 and up. I couldn't find too many reviews on this but the ones I found were positive for the most part. Throw in your comments here.

This card is comprable to the Visiontek Geforce2 MX card, which I own. Haven't had any problems with my card running Detonator 6.11's, and now running Detonator 3 drivers. I paid $110 for mine, $99 is a great buy.

i have the innovative geforce2 mx card..... i bought it for 100 ship'd new off some guy on e-bay..... he had some on the side. anyway, the reason i upgraded to the MX card over my old geforce 256 SDR, was the TV-OUT........ the tv out is cool on this card. the twinview to me is pointless... maybe if i wanted to make a presentation or something then it would be useful. the card I got came with a heatsink AND fan.... however....

i do have a complaint about it.... i can only overclock the memory to 175-180 at MOST. anything over that starts to show garbage and stuff..... the core I can overclock to 220 w/o any problems..... but the memory is what is important on these SDR cards..... so this card.... at least the one i got, is CRAP for overclocking........

I've bought 2 of them with heatsink/fans without tv out from this place on 2 different orders about a week apart. The cards arrived within a week with no problems. I think they are great cards and they come with 3D Mark 2000 and include the result browser.

I have one. I'm very happy with it since I ordered an oem with heatsink and got one with the heatsink and fan on it!
The only thing is that my card does not like over clocking AT all. If I try to go up any more then 5-6 mhz in the memory it locks up quake 3. I put in the detonator 3 drivers and improved my frame rate by almost 40%.I can get 140 frames per second in demo 001 at the lower settings in quake3. I can get well over 60 frames per second with everything turned up to the max at 1280x1028 w/antialiasing on. I get something like 68 fps in unreal at the highest settings and resolution.
So there is no need to over clock but it would be nice knowing that I could if I wanted to. a great improvement from my voodoo3 3000.

'you get what you pay for" is such a silly statement. you get what you pay for, so why buy a corvette, when you could buy a viper, or why buy a viper, when you could buy a Lamborghini, or why buy a car when you could buy a space shuttle 😛

I payed 115 on egay instead of 128 on ocie's website. its the OEM version w/TV out. Shipping is 10.95 to anywhere in the U.S. If your going to get one get it on egay and you could save a little

It seems that lots of companys are putting slower memory on OEM products..
OEM has 166mhz ram and Retail has 183mhz ram..
That's probably why you can't overclock too high on OEM..

With retail, you should be able to overclock to 200mhz..

Just bought one of these- good options available (scalable).
If you buy with fan and heatsink- good chance of a 200/200 OC...that's about all you can ask of the card- not too shabby for $120 shipped.
If you're looking for another good deal- check out the ATI Radeon DDR card at Best Buy for $169. Better performance with DDR, but a bit higher price.
