performance wise is of course the near identical.
everything else I see inno3d is like 1 dollar equals 1 quality you get what you paid for.

I have the Inno3d card w/fan. It has been great and I have had zero(0) problems with it. I have overclocked it to 200/200 for testing. Slight artifacts in UT and only UT, but that is a UT problem from what I have read. In most cases you get what you pay for, but in this case you get more. I was very impressed with the Inno3d product. Other than being in a generic box, I received a manual, CD with drivers, and NVidia CD demo disk. The same quality as any other OEM card. They use the reference design that NVidia puts out so it is the same as all the other cards. My benchmarks are right on with everything I have read about other GF2MX cards.

It has 6ns RAM so I keep it at the same reference speeds as the Hercules Prophet MX and get the same results. I have always just used the most current certified detonator drivers from the NVidia home page. Best buy for the money in my book, I highly recommend it.

I posted a link to one of the reviews I used for my evaluation. I think the Inno3d home page has more review links.
