The one I got has 2 external, 1 A-connector internal, and 3 5pin internal connectors even though the external packaging didn't show any 5 pin connectors.

And you can get a usb 2.0 hub for $10 also.

I couldn't find either a 9-1 reader or any reader for that matter for $10.00.

Could you elaborate? thanx

Picked up a couple of the USB2 cards to upgrade friends' computers. They also still have those cheap tripods on sale for $8 or so. And they are indeed cheaply made, as well as inexpensive. Also had AVermedia RCA/S-Vid capture cards for $10AR.

All of Microcenter's "Hot Deals" are on these kinds of cheap components, and the only thing which really makes them good buys is if you can get to a store and avoid s/h fees. Online, I'd much rather deal with newegg.
