So what do you guys think? Is it worth it to buy refills instead of new cartridges? Anyone have experiences with them.. especially for lexmark printers?

Lexmark's are tricky as the real cartridges use very thin ink, which is what causes them to go through it like water. Most generic ink you'll find is thicker and is what ends up clogging the printhead. I'm not sure exactly which models are plauged with this, or if all are, but it's just a heads up.

I have been refilling a Epson 600 for about 2 years now. I have no problems to report. just be carefull the first time you do it, so you don't get ink spilled all over the place. Use some plastic bags where you are refilling them just incase.
