Inkjet Refilling...Lex z22

Just did the whole messya$$ operation today and couldn't get the printer to print(it'll respond to the command "Print", but not actually PRINT anything) on a Lex Z22...did everything in the instructions except I have no idea what the "Head Cleaning Utility" is, didn't see this tab i nthe lex software either....anyone have a clue? Thanks

Right click on the printer icon. Click properties. There should be a "Services" tab. Click "Clean Print Cartridge".
