Ok guys, I jumped on the fry's deal for the i960 ($179 not including $30 MIR). This was only a slight mistake as newegg has the exact same deal and I could have saved gas and tax cost... oh well. Anyway, to say the least I am very impressed with the quality of prints. I have a cheap laser for text, a free after rebate lexmark for text+graphics, and I got this just for photos and it blew me away. Then I tried the photo paper pro in it... man, the differnce is amazing, paper can totally change the look...
Anyway, enough raving, I was curious about refills for this. My dad has the i850 and got this $17 kit at costco he usues to refill his tanks. He seems to have good luck with it but I am curious how this will effect the picture quality of my photos. I wanted any and all suggestions on refills and/or cheap places to get the actual canon refills. I will be doing mostly scrap book and random photos with this (probably costco or seattle filmworks for large quantities of photos, dunno yet).
Thanks for any help you can offer and if anyone is looking for a new photo printer then I highly reccomend this printer, freaking beautiful prints, fast, and quiet to boot.
