Ink Jet Transparencies?? Help

I have these nd i am trying to print a chart out, my printer epson 900 has a setting for inkjet Transparencies, but when i printed it out i smudged it all up, do i have to wait for it to dry? This Transparency has 2 sides a smooth and rough, i printed on smooth do i print on rough, please help!

You have to print on the rough side. The little ridges are to contain the ink to keep it from smearing and running all over the place.

Yes, wait for it to dry.
