Who gives the best return for recycling deskjet/toner cartridges?

I know office depot gives a free ream of paper in exchange for a cartridge, which is pretty good for a business (which i'm asking this on behalf of).

Anyone know of a place, either online or B&M, that gives decent returns on recycling?

why recycle. just go to ebay and buy refill kits. cost 1/2 the price or less of new cartridges, and will refill your cartridge sometimes up to 8 times.

Refill them until they no longer print well than throw them away. Until recycling is made simple and beneficial to the end user who is supposed to do all the work my stuff is going in the landfill.

well, we've recently purchased new printers here, and our old printers have a bunch of empy ink cartridges, so i was wondering if there were any place that we could turn to to get something in return for recycling them.

Thanks for the input so far
