Ink aritcle?

I was looking to see if anyonne remembered an article from a couple of months ago that talked about mom and pop type stores that were becoming successfull throughout the US. I have a weathly friend that is looking to expand his business and I think he should get into this. If anyone could find the article about a guy that would fill and test the cartiage, that would be excellent. THANKS!
