Inject a Hz. nVidia panel very buggy when over 60hz

I use Sonar Platinum and on desktop everything is fine and dandy. So I go to nvpanel and go to 3840x2160 and set it to 61hz and windows set it works,, there wasn't a black screen for 10 seconds or more. It instantly changed it and said succesful but it doesn't show up in the list of overclocked settings. I only see the 1920x1200@80hz ,,,, 3840x2160 and 61hz .... Is there a app better then nVidia one where it can literally inject the Hz settings so FPS gaming wont be stuttery and jerky and slow slow...
