Initiating viewing user session over win2k3 server

I've never done this before, so forgive me if I sound dumb, but a client has a network which is controlled by a windows 2003 server. Some of the users are having problems so to troubleshoot them those problems I'd like to view the user's session when I remote into the server from home. It's setup in the user properties (remote control tab) to allow my interaction with the user session, I just don't know how to initiate it so I can view the session.
