Initial Win8 HDMI Screen Calibration Reset?

On my install of Win 8 64, I had an issue with my monitor connection, so I installed while connected via HDMI to my tv. During the install, I was asked to move the mouse to the corners of the screen, apparently for calibration (shades of Palm OS and Windows CE!). Unfortunately, I had a glitch with my wireless mouse at this point, so wasn't able to complete this step properly. Windows 8 worked fine from that point, except the edges of the screen weren't visible - a problem when you need to see them to drive Win 8!

When I connected the computer back to my monitor, all was fine. However, I'd like to be able to make use of the HDMI connection also.

Is there a setting in the Registry related to HDMI screen size calibration, or is there a way to repeat the initial calibration? So far, my web searches haven't been helpful.

As far as I'm aware there's nothing special about HDMI on Windows 8 anymore than there was Windows 7. Which is to say that the calibration routine you went through was probably a part of your video drivers, and not the OS. So I'd suggest looking there first.
