We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. Ever since VB, it's been the same for me. I typically have http://forums.anandtech.com in my address bar and it always displays only the top 1/3 of the page. Whether I'm logged in or out makes no difference.
Only solution is to click on any of the links that do manage to load and/or F5.
