Oddly enough, the version I got was dubbed in mandarin...meh, it was a fun movie. I'm not watching a lot of Chinese movies these days unfortunately, so I'll take what I can get.

And I thought I recognized Edison Chen

anime = Japanese animation

Initial D = Japanese cartoons (unless it is hentai)

But geeks who love this crap will call anyone names if they don't like their precious cartoons. Anime geeks are one of the most annoying group of people I have ever met.

Did you honestly expect a different reaction if you just straight out say, "anime sucks"?

I think expressing a differing opinion could be done without offending anyone.

Plus, I can go into any thread in here about something and say "________ sucks" and I will get called names too.

I SECOND THAT. The movie sucks ass BIG TIME. I could have done a better job. And where the hell is the FD!? The music sucked too! Where the hell is Iketani senpai? Where the F is Dave Rodgers and the eurobeat? Damn chinese movie makers* don't know jack sh!t on Initial D.


*I can criticize my own ethnicity thank you very much.

lmao. i saw that. it's a 512mb or so mp3 player that sells for ~ $300 usd. unless ur rich, a big fan, or complete moron i don't know who'd buy it when u can get ipod 20GB or so for way less.
this movie sucks. zero plot, bits and pieces of the anime put together and they not even correct details. jay chou acting is horrific.
