I want to give homework and takehome tests that the students can take online.

I'm ok with the web, and know how to install scripts and write simple html - but I am by no means a developer.

I'm looking for some software that will allow students to take mutliple choice style tests and homework and once it is submitted it is graded and emailed to me.

I know the grading adds a layer of complexity - so it is not absolutely required that it be graded.

I do not want it to show the student what the 'right' answers were (rampant cheating is the norm).

To top it off, these are math questions so I need to use symbols sometimes or scanned pics of the problems. . ..

Advice?

Anyone know any php solutions? I just spent quite a while trying to get a cgi to work only to realize I've never understood cgi and it seems way too complicated

Or if you're at a university, your institution may already license ANGEL, Blackboard, eCollege or WebCT CE or Vista. If so, also check out www.Respondus.com for content creation (WYSIWYG and includes equation editor).

No, these are WAY too much.

I just want something I can enter 10 questions or so with radio buttons, they select the answers - hit submit and it emails me their answers in an easy to read format. It would be a bonus if it would grade it - show them the grade and email me the grade.
