Inherited a nonworking(?) TV. Anybody know what a picture of a red key on a black screen means?

It's from a manufacturer I've never heard of before...KLH. When I turn the power on I get nothing but a picture of a red key. Half-assed photo

Any ideas? No manual, obviously.

You can probably find out how to reset it on the intarweb. Looks like a parental lock thingy.

If you leave it unplugged long enough it might reset itself.
Maybe.

I didn't even know that KLH sold TVs in the states...they make speakers, but I guess everyone's making TVs these days.

I can't find a damn thing on KLH televisions...except for a few 'for sale' ads. Is this V-chip thingie something I can just pull out?
