Not to sound like an @ss, but I thought that's how everyone made ramsinks. (?) Buying a bunch of small heatsinks costs too much, and aluminum is a very soft metal...easy to machine.

Some of us just take those lil sinks from work....

The idea is a no-brainer. The guy is and idiot. Hmmmm, use a jigsaw or bandsaw and you don't have to worry about those disks taking an eye out! Some people should stay away from power tools.
