Since the big shock down here we have had almost non-stop aftershocks. I'm getting so god damn sick of being woken up in the wee hours by damn earthquakes almost every night

According to the earthquake database just this month we have had 190 quakes above magnitude 3.0 and 24 above 4.0 between the hours of 10pm and 5am. FFFFFUUUUUUUUU!!!! Let me sleep!

New Zealand is going to fall off into the ocean...oh waidaminit...it already did...:p

Aftershocks suck. The earth isn't supposed to "shake like a bowl full of jelly," although, I suppose that's really about what it is...

3's and 4's? Do they do anything more than maybe rattle some dishes in the cupboard??

I've lived through 4 quakes of magnitude 7 or more. Nothing less than a 5 is even noticeable anymore!

OP, God (always capitalize the G) is obviously VERY displeased with you and your opinion of him and his existence.

He's probably wondering why you feel the need to advertise your opinion of him to a world who could care less about how of what you think of God.

you get a lot of earthquakes in new zealand

Earthquakes occur regularly in New Zealand as the country forms part of the Pacific Ring of Fire, which is geologically active. About 14,000 earthquakes, most of them minor, are recorded each year. About 200 of these are strong enough to be felt. This affects the culture of the country, in the form of general awareness, historical events, disaster planning and building regulations.
