Don't they charge 3 bucks everytime you want to transfer funds into a different bank account?

Who charges 3 bucks?

I had ING for a while, but then they did that Winter savings thing, but only on NEW balances, I had to move to HSBC

There still some change in my ING account, but there is much more interest at HSBC and I can hook up a checking account to it so that I could fairly quickly use money in my checking account instead of doing a xfer from ING to the local bank....

HSBC. I have a little money in an account with them. i was reading the fine detail...unlimited free transfers TO their account. 3 bucks per transfer OUT of their account. Does anybody see these charges?

Citibank offers 5% for their savings...plus there is one right by my house. If their online transfers are quicker than hsbc, i think they'd be the better choice.
