I made $64.23 in interest this year, from the $25+referal+referal+referal+interest.

I already did my taxes and didn't list this as interest income. Will I get auditted? :)

I hope the IRS doesn't read ATOT.

Depends on if ING reports it to the feds.

I'm reporting interest income from my checking and savings accounts, ING included.

yeah, why is the $25 and referral listed as interest income?? shouldn't it just be a standard deposit?

You're supposed to report it, they allow you to print the documents from their website. I opened my ING savings account this month.

I just went ahead and reported the referal income. Overall still ahead on the deal. A few bucks now has to be better than an IRS audit.

it was in the TOS that any referral/free signup money will be counted as interest, don't people read anymore?

All tax software allows you to put down 1099 info. (that's the form you get from ING). I'll be reporting mine as well as those from other accounts.

I wonder if the IRS will give me $25 for referring edro13?

I report my interest, dividend and capital gains income.
