Satellite tv control box + tv#1 in one room
cable running to tv#2 in second room (same channel shows up on both tvs)
Goal is to be able to use an infrared remote in the second room to change channels on tv#2
We have a wireless rf transmitter that converts infrared-rf-infrared. It works but is not effective past 100ft - need range of ~120ft+2walls. Walls have wire mesh+insulation so the trasmitters only work when in the same room. Are there any alternatives? - ie phoneline based solutions. Thanks.
