Hi, Can anyone tell me if RIMM memory will be compatible with AMD systems? If not, is it better to have a P4 with RIMM rams or an AMD T-Bird with SDRAM rams..?

You sound like you have an infinite cash burning in your pocket. The P4 + RIMM combo is obviously better if you are using the high PC800 RIMMs otherwise an Ahtlon with DDR SDRAM will kick its butt. This is not to mention the price of the P4 + RIMM is at least twice that of an AMD + DDR SDRAM at about the same performance if not slightly better.
