information needed about internetishop.com please!

Hey guys, I was wondering about internetishop.com. They have fantastic prices, perfect for my cousin who wants a decent internet/email computer for around $700 (which they have.. perfect for him, AMD 1800+ XP, 80 gig HD, nice sound system, 256MB of RAM, good quality parts) I was wondering if anyone could give me links to reviews, or give me some testimonial and/or complaints about this company. I want to assure him they are a good company and that he can trust them. I have a couple people who stand by them....

Any problems? If so, how was customer service? Responsive? Was the problem resolved? If shipping back to the factory was required, how long did it take?

Are you satisfied with your purchase? Would you buy from them again?

Would you recommend them to others and stand behind their quality?

Does the computer beat most manufacturers for the price?

Any other things you liked or disliked about it?

I almost bought a computer from them (decided to build it myself to save a few bucks and for fun). They sell a bunch of systems on ebay, and as of October had a very good feeback rating.

I'd still chose tcwo or newegg over them just because I've had good experiences with those companies. I've spent close to $10,000 total at Newegg and have had one return and zero problems.
