I'm curious if there is any way to modify infopath documents via internet explorer.
The situation is that we have a lot of software and hardware verification tests to be done, and the engineers use infopath for themselves, but it creates a lot of wasted time and physical resources to printing documents for everyone else.
Management doesn't like the idea of purchasing infopath for all of the test staff and communal machines ($120+ per seat), and I am hoping to find some kind of streamlined answer. I was talking to one of the software engineers, and it occurred to me that I might find a way for us to modify infopath documents (just check and text boxes) using ie7/8/9.
Does anyone know if an answer like this exists? I'm open to suggestions.
