Ok, suddenly that whole other matrix software thread makes sense to me now.

I know I'm showing my rings here, but I remember when I got my 2600 under the tree. Ah, pitfall, asteroids, that castle game with the dragons and keys... adventure, that's it!

At least the legend lives on..

Good because Infogrames has to be about the stupidest company name ever.

I wonder if they'll fall under the "Atari curse", and fall into bankruptcy a few years from now?

Seriously, I'd be worried. Any company that has owned the Atari brand name in the past (Warner Bros, Namco, Midway, Hasbro, etc.) ran into problems soon after.

Thank god. That's the only company name I've heard that looks and sounds like it is a typo.

I was at my dad's the other day and found the original Atari 2600 box, with the console and a bunch of games in another box. It's soon to find a home in my apt. :)
