Info on XP2000+ AGOIA Core

I just received a new processor from Googlegear and wondered if anyone could give me some info on this processor. The printing on the core reads:

AX2000DMTC3
AGOIA0219DPFW
99479730675

Is this a .18 or .13 micron core? Is this a good overclocking candidate? How high can these be overclocked?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

This is .18 micron XP 2000+ Palomino. Not a good overclocking candidate as it would only be able to reach about 1.8GHz tops. Anything extreme will result in an unstable system.
