Please excuse me if this is an errant topic, it is my first post here. I have an 8.4" TFT LCD screen I bought a while back. When I do a brief search on the web, all I can find out is that it was used in Compaq LTE laptops, was probably manufactured by Sharp, and requires an inverter/driver and a power source. I can't find any white papers on the panel. All I have is Compaq SKU (194039-001) and serial #. I figure it would make a great picture frame / some other project if I could get it to work, and I know these are auctioned off pretty frequently and can be found somewhat cheaply on the web. Any ideas on where I could look, or even better, someone's personal experience?
