info on Toshiba Mp3 Player

Hey guys !
i just ordered a Toshiba Gigabeat 40GB MP3 player from woot, looks great and all, good deal, i want to know this, how are these mp3 players, are they good ?, it was a great deal because ipod 30gb was $298ish and i bought this 40gb for $174 i think
anyone have any of these, and where are they made in ?

It sounds like the hardware is nice, but the software really crappy. I'll be interested to hear what you think.

I have an F20, like I said in the HD thread. It's a great player. Check out http://www.mygigabeat.com for lots of info. I'd recommend upgrading the firmware to 3.0 for improved sound quality.

The GigaRoom software is pretty crappy, but with the 40GB player, you should be able to fill it up and forget about it.

The back of mine says made in China. I love mine. I definately would recommend it to any one in the market for an mp3 player. I do suggest upgrading the Firmware to the 3.0 version. Also, look around on mygigabeat.com they have all kinds of neat things posted like shortcuts and tips that are not in the manual.
