Does ISDN even STILL EXIST?!?

Actually, you're best bet is to get a cable modem or DSL. Both are going to cost you about $40-$50/mo on avg, and both will have your surfing much faster than ISDN.

You can check your phone companies website...it's $25 a month around my area...
I think Sprint requires a 2 year contract.

Fin's profiule identifies him as a user from Anaheim, CA. I checked because i realized today that it was possible that the question was being asked from somone in a country OTHER than the US. Most other countries don't have the same access to broadband that the US enjoys, so ISDN may have been a good option. but in California, it's probably a waste. Pay the extra few bucks/mo and get DSL or cable. Even on capped lines, your upstream will be 128, the same as dual-channel ISDN, but your downstream should be at least 2-3 times faster, and in most cases, at least 4-5 times faster than 128k ISDN.
