Info on flashing Radeon Mac?

Can someone give me some info or direct me to a site where I can figure out how to flash a Radeon Mac edition BIOS into PC format? I need a PCI card with DVI and this seems to be one of the very very few choices. Also, any suggestions or warnings about doing this sort of thing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
