I just got a AX7 HS, and need to get a fan for it. I am going to be running a XP 1700+, what is a good speed, brand, size(mm), and place to get one. Thanks for any info.
 
I run a YS-Tech 3000RPM (About £5 UK) one on mine (42CFM) on an 1800+ @1580Mhz and it`s just fine, nice`n`quiet though a Panaflo of similar spec would be even better .. This coupled with a good exhaust fan (Thermaltake in this case though a panaflo would benefit here too) and a couple of slow quiet intake fans make my Athlon system actually QUIETER than my Katmai P3-500 BX-Based server which needs a fast intake fan and takes a horrible noisy 60MM exhaust fan to efficiently cool 🙁 ..

The great thing about the AX-7 is that you can get away with a quieter fan for the same or even far better cooling, this beats the hell out of my old Sink which originally had a 60MM delta on it screaming away at 7000RPM!..
