I am assuming this is a s939 processor judging by the ad pic.

Geeks.com has an MSI nForce4 Ultra motherboard for about $43 shipped plus tax, and a 3000+ can be had for < $50 on the Forums. Hardly worth trudging out to CompUSA for a $100 combo if you know where to shop.

Go to Fry's or Micro Center for a proper combo.

And this forum is not the place to be asking about performance of products which is why it will get locked.
