I like the G35 coupe more. THe 350z looks better in my opinion and is faster, but then I need something that'll be convenient for everyday driving. I like the extra room, and the luxury that the infiniti provides.

G35 Coupe, definitely. Call me crazy, but I like the tail of the G35 better than the Z. I hate the Z's taillights.

I'm actually in the process of deciding between the two (and the 330ci) and so far I'm leaning towards the coupe. Lookswise it's about as good and the two rear seats are really the deal-sealer for when I need the extra luggage space or am transporting others.

Someone posted a comparison between the two cars you are looking at... let me see if I can find it.

Check the forums at http://www.my350z.com. There are more thorough threads on this topic.

I'm going to go for the 350Z as I'm already pushing my budget for the Enthusiast trim level at 28k. The manual tran. G35c starts at 32k.

i like the coupe better personally aesthetic wise. the interior looks better too.

the trunk in the coupe and the 350z is terrible. i figure if i get a good job coming out of college, i might try and buy a g35 sedan just because the trunk is twice the size.

i dont think you can go wrong with either one. i am nissan for life yo!

Hell yes! Nissan asserts that buyers of an automatic sportscar don't deserve leather seats!
The seats are leather in the manual-transmission car, with a six-way power driver's seat, but the base automatic model will feature cloth.

I pick the G35. Looks much better than the misproportioned Z, and has more cargo space, with similar performance. Plus, softer suspection is best when you live in Austin.

real sports cars shouldn't have leather seats, you slide all over the place

I'd take the G35 coupe.

You get much more in the way of versatility, and this is especially important if you don't have another vehicle to haul crap around in.

I was thinking about getting the g35 coupe...but everything at the moment is still selling for sticker or higher....especially the g35 coupes....I was thinking of leasing one, but even that is in short supply.

I do full throttle runs while engine is cold..I kill engines faster than anyone else i know....

I'd take either, but my preference would be the G35C. I think both cars look good (the Z in black is VERY nice) but the G35 would presumably have nicer interior materials and the back seats are a plus in my book.

The performance wouldn't be quite as good as the Z, but the G35C would still have more performance than you need 95% of the time anyway.
