Infiniti topped the rankings by posting an even 900 points in the survey, which is four better than Saturn?s 896. Saturn was the only non-luxury marque to score in the top 13 brands. Lincoln, Acura and Lexus rounded out the top five, all scoring an 895. The industry average is 851, with 14 of the 37 brands rated coming within 15 points of the average mark.
What is particularly impressive is that Saturn is even in the ranking along with brands and markets that are way out of Saturn's league in terms of profitability and prestige. I suspect you'd have to sell three Saturns to make the profit a dealer makes on one Infiniti Q45.
thats right, I'd better be satisified when I go get my g35 coupe.
Exactly. If you shell out $50,000 for a vehicle, you damned well expect a different level of satisfaction than you would have a right to expect from a $16,000 vehicle.
