Infinite Loop/WinXP/Radeon AIW 7500..HELP!!!

I've tried every driver there is, and I keep getting the BSOD/Infinite Loop error. The Video Card works perfectly under WinME. so I know it's not the card. Has anyone found a solution?? If you know where to find info on this problem. PLEASE post it here.
