Infinite Loop or High Overclocking causing locks?

I have 23.11 drivers on gainward gf3 ti200. Is the oc (230/530 to 240/560) causing random locks (no flickering at all) or is the infinite loop bug? How can i fix the bug?

Put the card back to stock speeds and see if the problem disappears.
