Infineon or Samsung (DDR 3200)

I'm looking at 512MB chips, the Samsung is around 7$CND more than the Infineon.

Any suggestions?

If you decide on Samsung, make sure you get "Samsung on Samsung". What I mean by that is Samsung chips on a Samsung circuit board. I know from my own research that Samsung on Samsung is high quality. I have never looked at Infineon. With Samsung chips on a third party circuit board the quality varies with the quality of the third party circuit board and quality of assembly.
