Infected Toe... Possible Remedies?!

I have used Hydrogen Peroxide, 70% Rubbing Alcohol, Maximum Strength Neosporin and lastly Epson Salt.

Anything else I can try to get rid of a infected toe?

Doctor. I had a toenail removed for the same reason. No biggie.

i had this not too long ago. I jammed my toe, and the nail drove itself into the skin (on the side of the toe). ya it hurt like a bitch..and a bunch of pus was inside. I had to pry out the nail a bit away from the skin, and out came a flow of blood and pus. I also had to poke a hole on the skin to help drain out the rest. That relieved me sooo much. I dipped it in rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide.

holy hell that hurt like a biatch...

but it was worth it. it's all good now.

Is the infection due to an ingrown toenail?

I really do not know anymore... I have these teasers and I was screwing with my toe thinking it was ingrown and I pulled out some skin under the toe nail and I think that is what caused the infection... so possible it is ingrown... but does not feel like it.

the part where the nail and the area your skin that you removed meet..pry it open and release the pus, soak it in hydrogen peroxide...rinse repeat.
