I’m very excited to officially announce that Cole MacGrath will be returning exclusively to the PS3. This issue will give the very first details of the game and how Sucker Punch has improved every aspect of it. You’ll learn about the new city, new powers and new gameplay. It should be hitting news stands in the next week.

I'm new to PS3, but one of my buddies told me the original was awesome. I am trying to get it on gamefly, but was wondering, is the story long enough to make it a buyer or should I just rent it?

It was a rental for me - pretty good game, but it got very repetitive.

Hopefully #2 has more variation.

Ok, I was thinking that I would just rent it. I have a hard time justifying buying a single player only game alot of times. But I know that it is one of those games that I should play.

Definitely a rental. I suppose there's an attempt at replayability because you play the game as a good or bad guy, but IMO it's not worth playing twice. I definitely had fun playing it once though, once I got used to the odd controls.

I'm primarily a single player gamer, so it was well worth $60 for me. I probably got 50 total hours of play time out of it, if not more.

I will most likely just rent the first one, so I know the story. I have to also decide if God of War 3 is going to be a buyer for me.

So, does that mean you played through the single player 4 or 5 times? I don't recall the game being more than about 12 hours to play through.

Can't wait for this game; loved the first one! I wish this was coming out sooner, but I'll have MLB 11 and Fight Night to keep me busy until then. 🙂

I never finished the game, but probably logged at least 30 hours in my single playthrough being anal^H^H^H^Hcompletist with collecting shards, drop boxes, and missions.

I did pretty much everything I possibly could, and just roamed around having fun a lot, too.
