Infa red -> desktop

where would i find an attachment for an infa red port for a desktop? i see a lot of m/bs have the pins on them for ir, where do i get an adapter? it is for a cell phone.

Generally, if your motherboard supports infra-red you need to get the adapter from the manufacturer. Alternatively, you can try something like this. I just did a quick search and found this, there may be others, but I didn't look to hard.
